1.0 Platform Ownership — Who operates BGUPoints.

BGUPoints is an independent educational initiative with its physical address at Bairgania, Sitamarhi, Bihar – 843313, India. BGUPoints is owned and operated by Chunni Khatoon. The platform is designed to provide BSEB and CBSE board exam study materials to school students.

2.0 Information We Collect — Only what is needed to serve you.

We do not collect unnecessary personal details. We only process:

  • Google Sign-In: Your registered email address, name, and profile picture provided by Google/Firebase Authentication. We never manage or store independent passwords.
  • Purchase Records: When you buy a note or all-in-one set, we record the resource ID, 365-day access validity date, Razorpay payment ID, and download timestamps to maintain your account access.
  • Support Messages: Conversations via Live Chat (Tawk.to) or WhatsApp are retained only to verify and resolve your issue.

3.0 Payment Processing — Zero sensitive card or UPI storage.

All payments on BGUPoints are processed directly through Razorpay. BGUPoints does not ask for, store, or have access to your bank passwords, debit/credit card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs, or OTPs. All payment transactions are completed entirely within Razorpay’s encrypted gateway.

4.0 Personalized PDF Watermarking — Protecting against unauthorized leaks.

To prevent illegal re-uploading and piracy on external Telegram or YouTube channels, downloaded study notes embed a light, diagonal watermark displaying your registered Google email and license date. This watermark is non-intrusive and never covers handwritten derivations or text.

5.0 Students Under 18 — Parental guidance and permission.

BGUPoints is designed for school students. If you are under 18 years of age, please use the platform with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian. We do not use students' personal data for targeted advertising.

6.0 Account Deletion & Contact — Your data removal rights.

You can request removal of your account and personal data at any time by emailing us at support@bairganiapoints.co.in. All data erasure requests are reviewed promptly to ensure student privacy is honored promptly.
