Welcome to BGUPoints (https://bairganiapoints.co.in). By using our website, accessing free question banks, or purchasing digital notes, you agree to these academic terms.
1.0 Platform Ownership — Who operates BGUPoints.
BGUPoints is owned and operated by Chunni Khatoon. The registered address is Bairgania, Sitamarhi, Bihar – 843313, India. The platform provides educational study notes, question banks, and all-in-one sets for board students.
2.0 Academic License & Use — Personal educational use only.
When you purchase a study note or all-in-one set, you receive a personal, single-user academic license to read and revise. You must not:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit purchased notes.
- Upload or distribute PDFs to Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, or YouTube public drives.
- Remove, hide, or alter the personalized student email watermark embedded on the document.
3.0 Access Period & Download Limits — 365-Day validity and fair use.
365 Days Validity: Each purchased note is accessible through your BGUPoints account for 365 days (1 Year) from purchase date.
12 Downloads per 24 Hours: To prevent bot-scraping and server overload, notes allow up to 12 downloads within a rolling 24-hour window (resetting per Asia/Kolkata timezone).
4.0 Student Reviews & Moderation — Authentic feedback from real buyers.
Only students who have purchased a note can leave a review. Reviews should be helpful, honest, and respectful. We reserve the right to remove any spam, abusive, or misleading comments to keep our community safe.
5.0 Governing Law & Jurisdiction — Legal governance in Bihar, India.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sitamarhi, Bihar, India.
